**Return and Refund Policy**

Thank you for shopping with Fashion BinBin. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

**Eligibility for Returns**  
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.  
- Certain items cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, and personalized products.  
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

**Return Shipping Costs**  
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

**Return Process**  
1. Contact us at support@fashionbinbin.com with your order number and reason for return.  
2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.  
3. Ship your item(s) to our return center:

**Refunds**  
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.  
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.  
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

**Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)**  
If you are located in the European Union or the EEA, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
